Does unused credit rollover to the next month?

Yes! Now your unused hours (up to 30% of your total monthly plan) automatically rolls over to the next billing cycle. The rollover hours are applicable for 40, 80 and 160 Hours dedicated plans and can only be used in the next cycle, and will expire if left unused.

How do you track time?

Your VA send you daily reports with all of the activities on tasks and what tasks are pending. Additionally on Friday VA share’s the logbook with updates on hours used so far and how many hours are remaining.
