Administrative Assistant

Administrative tasks are different duties and responsibilities carried out by the assistants. In other words, some of the tasks carried out by the assistants either at office or remotely are –management of the affairs of a business or an  institution, Taking care of  the duties of an administrator, managing   the conduct of the affairs of the organization and  administering sacrament, oath, medical treatment  etc.

Admin tasks that usually revolve around managing and distributing information within an office environment, that includes answering phones, taking memos and maintaining files. They also include sending and receiving messages, as well as greeting clients and customers. These tasks play a vital role in company’s profiles and acts as backbone of most corporate businesses. These tasks are very necessary for companies to function but which can be too time-consuming to perform.
